Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce je problematika svalových dysbalancí trupu. Úvodní část je věnována charakteristice kosterního svalstva, dále pak anatomii svalstva krku, trupu a kyčelního kloubu. Pro úplnost je práce doplněna o popis vyšetření funkce svalů a pohybových stereotypů. Teoretické poznatky jsou aplikovány do praxe výběrem správně prováděných kompenzačních cvičení. Abstract:
The subject of the B.Sc. dissertation is the muscular imbalances of the trunk. The introduction is dedicated to the characteristics of the skeletal muscles, the anatomy of the neck muscles, trunk muscles and hip joint muscles.
