Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vnímáním zdravotních rizik. Vnímání zdravotních rizik bylo v této práci vztaženo k socioekonomickému statusu, zdravotnímu stavu, ale také životnímu stylu a dalším faktorům, které vnímání zdravotního stavu a zdravotních rizik mohou ovlivňovat. Práce má teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou obecně uvedeny a popsány determinanty zdraví a vybraná zdravotní rizika. Také jsou zde popsány jednotlivé vztahy, které mohou ovlivňovat vnímání zdravotních rizik a vnímání zdraví jako takového. V praktické části je vyhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření. Dotazníkového šetření se zúčastnili respondenti žijící na Ostravsku, ve věku 31-65 let. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit subjektivní vnímání zdraví dotazovaných. Dále bylo zjišťováno, jak laická veřejnost vnímá komplex vybraných rizikových faktorů a souvislost mezi nimi a subjektivním zdravotním stavem. K šetření byly použity dotazníky vytvořené v rámci projektu HAIE LF OU. Maska byla vytvořena Pedagogickou fakultou Ostravské univerzity v programu Qualtrics. Celkem bylo prostřednictvím e-mailové komunikace rozesláno 110 online dotazníků. Návratnost dotazníků byla 64 %. Kromě popisné statistiky, byly vybrané vztahy mezi proměnnými vyhodnoceny užitím ?2-testu, analýzou rozptylu ANOVA a logistickou regresí v programu STATA v. 15. Hypotézy byly testovány na 5% hladině významnosti. Mezi dotazovanými bylo 67,2 % žen a 32,8 % mužů. Průměrný věk dotazovaných byl 45,8 let. Nejčastěji dotazovaní dosáhli středoškolského vzdělání. Ekonomická situace dotazovaných byla z valné většiny hodnocena jako průměrná (68,0 %). Jako nejrizikovější faktory, které ovlivňují lidské zdraví, dotazovaní uvedli obezitu, trvalé nervové vypětí, nedostatek pohybu, kouření, stravovací návyky nebo pracovní zátěž. Většina respondentů (68,3 %) hodnotila v dotazníku svůj zdravotní stav jako velmi dobrý nebo dobrý. Třetina dotazovaných trpěla nadváhou a 11,7 % obezitou. Nadprůměrnou fyzickou kondici (dobrou a velmi dobrou) uvedlo dohromady 43,0 % dotazovaných. Dotazníku se zúčastnilo 23,3 % kuřáků. Průměrná doba spánku činila 7 hodin. Většina (58,3 %) dotazovaných uvedla, že vztahy v blízkém okolí hodnotí jako bezproblémové. Mezi hodnotami BMI a hodnocením zdravotního stavu byl nalezen statisticky významný vztah. Dotazovaní s vyššími hodnotami BMI hodnotili svůj zdravotní stav hůře. Mezi kouřením, ale také dalšími návyky, jako je užívání drog a frekvence pití alkoholu a hodnocením zdravotního stavu nebyl nelezen statisticky významný vztah., stejně tak mezi hodnocením zdravotního stavu a kvalitou spánku nebyl statisticky významný vztah prokázán. Prokázaná zjištění vnímání zdraví a rizikových faktorů laickou veřejností mohou být podkladem nastavení preventivních opatření, včetně posouzení ochoty akceptovat nastavená preventivní opatření laickou veřejností.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the perception of health risks. The perception of health risks in this work was related to socioeconomic status, health status, but also lifestyle and other factors that can affect it. The work has a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part generally lists and describes the determinants of health and selected health risks. It also describes the various relationships that can affect the perception of health risks and the perception of health as such. In the practical part, a questionnaire survey is evaluated. The questionnaire survey was attended by respondents living in the Ostrava region, aged 31-65. The aim of the diploma thesis is to determine the subjective perception of the health of the respondents. It was also found out how the general public perceives the complex of selected risk factors and the relationship between them and the subjective health status. Questionnaires created within the HAIE LF OU project were used for the survey. The mask was created by the Faculty of Education of the University of Ostrava in the Qualtrics program. A total of 110 online questionnaires were sent via e-mail communication. The return rate of the questionnaires was 64%. In addition to descriptive statistics, selected relationships between variables were evaluated using the ?2-test, analysis of variance ANOVA, and logistic regression in STATA v. 15. The hypotheses were tested at the 5% level of significance. Among the respondents, 67.2% were women and 32.8% were men. The average age of the respondents was 45.8 years. The most frequently interviewed students completed secondary education. The economic situation of the respondents was mostly assessed as average (68.0%). Respondents cited obesity, persistent nervous tension, lack of exercise, smoking, eating habits or workload as the most risky factors affecting human health. The majority of respondents (68.3%) rated their health as very good or good in the questionnaire. One third of the respondents were overweight and 11.7% obese. Above-average physical condition (good and very good) was reported by a total of 43.0% of respondents. 23.3% of smokers participated in the questionnaire. The average sleep time was 7 hours. The majority (58.3%) of the respondents stated that they evaluate the relationships in the immediate vicinity as problem-free. A statistically significant relationship was found between BMI and health assessment. Respondents with higher BMI values rated their health worse. There was no statistically significant relationship between smoking, but also other habits, such as drug use and alcohol consumption, and health assessment, nor was there a statistically significant relationship between health assessment and sleep quality. Proven findings of the perception of health and risk factors by the general public can be the basis for the setting of preventive measures, including the assessment of the willingness to accept the set preventive measures by the general public.
