Bakalářská práce se zabývá syndromem vyhoření příslušníků Policie České republiky a je orientována na policisty sloužící v přímém výkonu služby na obvodních odděleních. Teoretická část se zabývá obecnými údaji o syndromu vyhoření. Předkládá informace týkající se příčin jeho vzniku, typických příznaků, či fází vývoje. The bachelor theses is focused on burnout among the Czech police officers working on active duty in designated districts.
