Organized crime investigation methodology

Abstract:

Cílem práce je detailně analyzovat problematiku, která se týká vyšetřování organizované kriminality. Mezi další cíle patří analýza spáchaných organizovaných trestných činů na území České republiky a analýza metodiky vyšetřování organizované kriminality a její jednotlivé postupy, které vedou k objasnění trestných činů. Na začátku práce bude uvedení do problematiky a vysvětlení základních pojmů. Dále bude popsána historie organizovaného zločinu. Popíše se i kontrola a prevence ogranizované kriminality. Poté dojde k metodice vyšetřování organizované kriminality. Popíše se z hlediska kriminalistiky organizovaná kriminalita, charakteristické stopy, podněty k vyšetřování, vyšetřovací situace, stanovení vyšetřovacích verzí a další etapy vyšetřování. Dále se rozeberou operativně pátrací činnosti, odposlechy a ochrana svědka. V předposlední části dojde k analýze nejčastějších forem organizovaného zločinu, které se staly na území České republiky. V poslední části je dotazníkové šetření.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to analyze in detail the issues related to the investigation of organized crime. Other goals include the analysis of committed organized crimes in the Czech Republic and the analysis of the methodology of investigating organized crime and its individual procedures that lead to the clarification of crimes. At the beginning of the work will be an introduction to the issue and an explanation of basic concepts. Next, the history of organized crime will be described. The control and prevention of organized crime will also be described. Then there will be a methodology for investigating organized crime. From the point of view of criminology, organized crime, characteristic traces, stimuli for investigation, investigation situation, determination of investigation versions and other stages of investigation will be described. Furthermore, operational search activities, wiretaps and witness protection will be analyzed. The penultimate part will analyze the most common forms of organized crime that have occurred in the Czech Republic. The last part is a questionnaire survey.
