Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the development of the strategy selected commercial insurance. The first chapter describes concepts of strategy, strategic planning and strategic management. The second chapter analyzes the strategy selected commercial insurance. Last chapter is devoted to the new draft strategy in insurance and its contribution to society.Abstract:
Diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou tvorby stratégie vybranej komerčnej poisťovne. Prvá kapitola charakterizuje pojmy stratégia, strategické plánovanie a strategické riadenie. Druhá kapitola analyzuje stratégiu vybranej komerčnej poisťovne. Posledná kapitolu sa venuje novým návrhom v stratégii poisťovne a jej prínosom pre spoločnosť.
