Předmět práce je ocenění jednoho ze závodů největšího subdodavatele automobilových komponentů. Cílem práce je určit hodnotu společnosti Robert Bosch spol. s.r.o. k 1. 1. 2013 pro management podniku, který chce nadále tuto hodnotu řídit ve smyslu maximálního naplňování základního cíle vlastníků.
