Hodnotový pluralismus vs. monismus - je usilování o rovnost na škodu svobodě?

Value pluralism vs. Monism - Can More Equality Be Detrimental to Liberty?
Abstract:
Práce se věnuje konfliktu mezi hodnotami svobody a rovnosti na pozadí sporu mezi hodnotovým pluralismem a monismem. Skrze argumentaci Friedricha Hayeka jako představitele pluralismu a Ronalda Dworkina jako představitele monismu práce zjišťuje, zda jsou svoboda a rovnost ze své podstaty v rozporu, nebo se můžou navzájem podporovat.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on the conflict between liberty and equality and the dispute between value pluralism and value monism. It concentrates on the views of a pluralist, Friedrich Hayek and a monist, Ronald Dworkin, trying to discover if liberty and equality do conflict, or if they are in a partnership.
