Diplomová práce je zaměřena na procesní řízení a jeho optimalizaci ve vybraném podniku, kde jsem měla možnost se seznámit s procesy a fungováním podniku. Vybrala jsem si personální a finanční oddělení, které nebylo optimálně nastaveno. V první části diplomové práce se věnuji hlavně teoretickým, ale i praktickým východiskům procesního řízení. This thesis is focused on process management and its optimization in selected company, where I was able to get acquainted with the processes and operation of the company. I chose a human resources and finance department that were not optimally set up.
