Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma „Nabídky produktů jednotlivých pojistitelů v ČR z POV“ je zaměřena na současný pojistný trh v ČR, na možná kritéria při výběru vhodného pojistitele v produktu pojištění odpovědnosti z provozu vozidla. První část práce se věnuje historickému vývoji, teorii a významu pojištění. Je v ní popsána právní úprava před rokem 1999 i vznik zákona 168/1999 Sb. se všemi jeho novelizacemi až do současné doby. Druhá část je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. Je zaměřena na vývoj sledovaného pojištění vozidel; mapuje současný pojistný trh v pojištění odpovědnosti z provozu vozidla; vytipovává novinky, které jednotlivé pojišťovny nabízejí. Tato část též předkládá podrobnou analýzu všech pojistitelů nabízejících tyto produkty, posuzuje výhodnost jejich nabídek a přináší srovnání pojištění odpovědnosti za škodu způsobenou provozem vozidla, nabízené komerčními pojišťovnami na našem pojistném trhu – v těchto analýzách spatřuji těžiště, hlavní cíl i prakticky aplikovatelný smysl předkládané práce. V její závěrečné kapitole je nastíněn předpokládaný vývoj daného pojistného trhu, předkládám v ní i vlastní názor na vývoj a celou problematiku sledovaného pojištění.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis „Pruducts proposal of individual Czech insurers - Motor Third Party Lability“ is focused on the current insurance market in the Czech Republic, on the possible criteria for choosing the appropriate insurers in the motor third party liability insurance. The first part of thesis deals with the historical development, theory and importance of insurance. It describes the legal regulation before 1999 and the formation of Act 168/1999 Coll. with all its revisions up to date. The second part is divided into four chapters. It concentrates on the development of the monitored vehicle insurance, follows up the insurance market development in the motor third party liability insurance , and searchs news offered by individual insurance companies. This section also presents a detailed analysis of all insurers offering these insurance products, assesses the profitability of their insurance proposals and compares the third party liability insurance offered by commercial insurers on our insurance market. In these analysis I see the focus of my thesis, its main objective and practically applicable meaning. The final chapter of the dissertation outlines the progress of the insurance market and I present there my own opinion of the course of insurance and of the whole point of the insurance issue.
