Diplomová práce se zaobírá tématem legitimity rozsahu státního finan-cování politických stran a hnutí, kdy současné politické subjekty jsou financovány především ze státního rozpočtu. The thesis deals with the topic of the legitimacy of the scope of state financing of political parties and movements, where the current politi-cal entities are financed mainly from the state budget. In doing so, it tries to compare the risks of corrupt behaviour caused by private fund-ing against the observance of the principle of separation of political par-ties and the state.
