Eligible costs of projects of science and research from view of a public university - financing and related risks
Abstract:
Práce řeší problematiku stanovení, financování a vyhodnocení uznaných nákladů výzkumných center na veřejné vysoké škole. Cílem práce je na základě analýzy v rámci platné legislativy specifikovat rizika, navrhnout způsob jejich eliminace a formulovat doporučení manažerům projektového řízení.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the issues of assessment, financing and evaluation of eligible costs of research centres of public universities. The aim of the diploma thesis is to specify risks, to propose the way of their elimination and to form recommendations to executives of project management on grounds of the valid legislation.
