Abstract:
Rodina eukaryotických regulačních proteinů 14-3-3 se podílí na klíčových buněčných procesech, jako jsou přenos signálu, regulace buněčného cyklu, apoptóza a metabolismus. Jejich funkce je významně závisí na tvorbě dimerů. U savců se vyskytuje sedm izoforem 14-3-3 (β, γ, ε, ζ, η, θ a σ), které mohou vytvářet homo- i heterodimery. Abstract:
The 14-3-3 protein family of eukaryotic regulatory proteins is involved in key cellular processes such as signal transduction, cell cycle regulation, apoptosis, and metabolism. Their function highly depends on formation of dimers. In mammals seven 14-3-3 isoforms (β, γ, ε, ζ, η, θ and σ) are present, capable of forming both homo- and heterodimers.
