Application of Appreciation in Determining Property Insurable Value
Abstract:
Práce porovnává vhodné metody a aktuální praxi jak v rámci ČR z hlediska historického i aktuálního vývoje, tak v rámci ostatních vyspělých zemí (německy mluvící a anglosaské země), výsledné závěry a vhodné metody jsou aplikovány na příkladu stanovení metodiky pro zaměstnance pojišťovny a standardního hodnocení znalce.
Abstract:
Thesis, at the first, compare methods and praxis in appreciation of properties for setting insurance value, in Czech Republic and in other developed countries (especially German, UK a. U.S.A.). Results and best practices methods are implemented in hypotetic methodology for Insurance company and theirs employees. Thesis finish with example of clasical appreciation report for large property.
