Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou příjmu rtuti ze sladkovodních a mořských ryb. Teoretická část práce shrnuje poznatky o rtuti s důrazem na konzumaci ryb. Praktická část zahrnuje dotazníkové šetření ohledně příjmu ryb u těhotných a kojících žen a chemickou analýzu (stanovení Hg, Se, Cd a Pb) vybraných druhů ryb běžně dostupných na trhu. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the issue of mercury intake from freshwater and marine fish. The theoretical part of the work summarizes the knowledge about mercury with emphasis on fish consumption.
