Reconstruction of farm buildings

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou konverze hospodářských objektů, které dříve sloužily k hospodářskému využití. V daném objektu vypracovávám koncept a návrh konverze stodoly, chlévů a maštalí pro účely bydlení s přístavbou, a přitom ctít vesnický ráz místa. Bakalářská práce se rozděluje na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se skládá z historie a poznatků na tento typ staveb a zkoumá anotace konverze různých typů budov pro nové využití. Praktická část představuje seznámení s návrhem konverze hospodářských objektů v řešeném území. Hlavním cílem práce je návrh konverze hospodářských objektů s přístavbou, kde je kladen důraz na zachování venkovského rázu tak, aby vyhověl standardům potřeb na bydlení mladé rodiny v soužití se starší generací v rámci jednoho prostoru.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the conversion of a farm buildings, which once served for economic recovery. I try to design a concept of conversion of a barn and cowsheds on a purpose for living and still respect the original character of the village character of this place. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part consists of general knowledge from the past and researches for another types of buildings for its new purpose. The practical part is the design of the project of conversion of a farm buildings. The main objective is to design the conversion of the existing farm buildings, where the emphasis is on maintaining the original character of its place and comply the standards for living of a young family with older generation on one place together.
