Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce poskytuje přehled současných poznatků o léčbě nádorových onemocnění pomocí mikroRNA. Jde o krátké nekódující jednořetězcové molekuly RNA, které regulují genovou expresi na posttranskripční úrovni a podílí se na mnohých fyziologických i patologických procesech, včetně karcinogeneze. This thesis provides an overview of current knowledge about cancer treatment using microRNAs. These molecules are short noncoding single stranded RNAs regulating gene expression at the post transcriptional level that are involved in physiological and pathological processes including carcinogenesis.
