Bakalářská práce se zabývá sacharidy, běhy na dlouhé tratě, sacharidovou superkompenzací a testováním sacharidové superkompenzace.
Abstract:
The subject of this bachelor work is carbohydrates, long-distance runs, carbohydrate loading and testing carbohydrate loading of athletes.
