Diplomová práca sa zaoberá analýzou motivácie pracovného jednania a záťaže vo vybranom podniku. Teoretická časť práce prináša prehľad doterajších poznatkov o pracovnej motivácii, pracovnej záťaži a súvisiacom konštrukte pracovnej spokojnosti.
