Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce jsou odvody z mezd zaměstnanců. Cílem této práce je zhodnocení výše odvodů z mezd zaměstnanců a jejich vliv na čistou mzdu. První část je zaměřena na teoretické vymezení pracovně-právních vztahů, charakteristiku pracovních poměrů, odměňování zaměstnanců, dále je rozvinuta problematika mzdového plnění povinných srážek z věcného a strukturálního hlediska. The subjects of the diploma thesis are levies from employees' salaries. The aim of this work is to evaluate the amount of levies on employees' wages and their impact on net wages.
