Diplomová práce pojednává o trestném činu vraždy v českém trestním právu. Práce se zabývá otázkou vraždy nejen z pohledu současného trestního zákoníku, ale také z pohledu historického. V rámci stěžejních kapitol se práce věnuje trestnému činu vraždy z hlediska současné právní úpravy. The thesis deals with the crime of the murder in Czech criminal law.
