Tématem diplomové práce je work-life balance sociálních pracovníků, konkrétně pracovníků SAS a OSPOD. Cílem práce je popsat, jak sociální pracovníci vnímají svůj work-life balance a jakými nástroji dosahují rovnováhy. Abstract:
The topic of the diploma thesis is the work-life balance of social workers, specifically SAS and OSPOD workers. The aim of the work is to describe how social workers perceive their work-life balance and what tools they use to achieve balance.
