Predmetom bakalárskej práce „Motivačný systém podniku“ je analyzovať súčasnú situáciu podniku. Teoretická časť je zameraná na vybrané motivačné teórie, odmeňovanie pracovníkov ako aj motivačné nástroje. V závere je rozobratá pracovná spokojnosť.
