Tato práce se zabývá daňovou kriminalitou na území České republiky a její trestněprávní postižitelností z hlediska trestných činů daňových vymezených v trestním zákoníku. This work deals with tax crimes in the Czech Republic and its elusive criminaloffenses in terms of tax specified in the criminal code. Taxsystem in the Czech Republic is described and a separete chapter consists of tax evasion. There is also highlighted on the development of amounts and results of tax audits and tax arrears.
