This thesis examines the most fundamental problems of Czech's higher education. The paper discusses factors that can influence the quality, such as financing, education policy, global rankings, and benchmarking. The analysis in the second part of the thesis examines the complaints in the records of the last three years of operation of the Accreditation Chamber of the Czech Republic.
