Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je analýza trestněprávní odpovědnosti za porušení postupu lege artis v medicíně. Práce se zaměří na vymezení pojmu lex artis, jeho právní prameny a související judikaturu. Dále se bude zabývat problematikou trestněprávní odpovědnosti poskytovatelů zdravotních služeb a lékařů a v souvislosti s postupem non lege artis. Abstract:
The main goal of the diploma thesis is to analyze the criminal consequences for breaching the lege artis procedure in medicine. The thesis will focus on the definition of the lex artis concept, its legal sources and related case law.
