Diplomová práce se zabývá světovou finanční krizí. Jádro práce tvoří rozbor příčin, průběhu a dopadů finanční krize, zhodnocení současné krize z hlediska funkčnosti systému regulace před vypuknutím finanční krize a zhodnocení návrhů a diskuze ke zdokonalení regulace ve Spojených státech amerických a České republice. The thesis deals with the global financial crisis. The core of the work is the analysis of the causes, course and consequences of the financial crisis, assessment of the current crisis in terms of the functionality of the control system before the financial meltdown and evaluation of proposals and discussions on better regulation in the United States and the Czech Republic.
