Abstract:
Práce vymezuje diskriminační formy jednání se zaměřením na oblast pracovněprávních vztahů. Obsahem je také shrnutí a zhodnocení zákonných nástrojů o problematice nebezpečných forem obtěžování na pracovišti platných v České republice i zahraničí. Výsledná práce slouží k prevenci, identifikaci i praktické obraně před diskriminačními technikami pro zaměstnance i zaměstnavatele.
Abstract:
The thesis defines forms of discriminative behaviors with focus on relationships in the workplace. It lists and evaluates legal tools that can be used for handling dangerous forms of workplace harassment (in Czech as well as in other legal systems).
