Tato práce si klade za cíl popsat multiplatformní framework Flutter, pro vývoj mobilních aplikací Flutter a následně za pomocí onoho frameworku realizovat aplikaci pro Erasmus studenty. V teoretické části se zabývám možnostmi mobilního vývoje, popisu jazyku Dart, frameworku Flutter a jeho návrhovými vzory. V praktické jsem sesbíral požadavky pro vý-voj aplikace.
