Diplomová práce se zabývá jednotlivými skutkovými podstatami sexuálně motivovaných trestných činů, které jsou páchány na dětech. The diploma thesis deals with the individual facts of sexually motivated crimes committed on children. The aim of this thesis is to provide a basic outlook of the legal area to a wider public, introduce the elements of the criminal offences, analyze the current state of the legal framework on sexual criminal offences on children and also focus on a child as a victim as well as an offender in these …more
