The bachelor thesis deals with multicultural nursing, cultural and linguistic compe-tence of nursing staff in caring for foreigners. The theoretical part describes the his-tory of multicultural nursing, the basic terminology, selected conceptual models in transcultural nursing, communication, and its types.
