Abstract:

KAČMAROVÁ, Katarína: Perception of the corporate culture of the selected financial institution. [Diploma thesis]. Bankovní institut vysoká škola Praha, foreign university Banská Bystrica. The aim of this paper is to explore the perception of corporate culture of selected financial institution and on the basis of findings of the proposed measures to improve the situation in institution. The work is divided in three main parts. The term of corporate culture, functions, determinants, typology, elements are described in the theoretical part. In the practical part is briefly characterized bank institution and analyzed its characteristics of corporate culture in it and evaluation questionnaire survey. This work also includes questronary of poll with aim to determine theview of corporate culture by bank´s clients. th Third chapter inculudes suggestion and recommendations.

Katedra financií a bankovníctva. Vedúci práce doc., Ing., Zdenka Musová, PhD. Rok obhajoby: 2015. Počet strán: 73. Diplomová práca sa zaoberá skúmaním podnikovej kultúry vo vybranej finančnej inštitúcií. Práca je rozdelená do troch hlavných častí. V teoretickej časti je charakterizovaná podniková kultúra, funkcie, determinanty, typológia, prvky. V praktickej časti je popísaná banková inštitúcia a analyzované znaky jej podnikovej kultúry. Súčasťou je aj vlastný dotazníkový prieskum, ktorého cieľom bolo zistiť pohľad klientov banky na jej podnikovú kultúru. Tretia kapitola je venovaná návrhom a odporúčaniam.
