Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat akcie a uvést členění dle jejich druhů. Nastíněn byl i historický vývoj a uvedení cenných papírů. Zmíněny byly také změny nového občanského zákoníku, které nám přinesly malé úpravy těchto cenných papírů. Akcie jsou velmi diskuto-vané téma, jak pro obchodníky v zahraničí, tak i na území České republiky, i to byl jeden z důvodů, proč jsem si zvolila právě toto téma práce. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na 4 hlavní kapitoly. V první kapitole je nastíněna historie akcií, dozvídáme se, kdy se poprvé objevily akcie na burzách. Druhá kapitola se zabývá charakteristikou akcií, i jako cenných papírů, je uveden krátký popis definice cenných papírů a poté se analyzují akcie a souvislosti s nimi spojené. Třetí kapitola se snaží popsat právní dispozice s akciemi, kapitola se snaží popsat shrnutí nové právní úpravu akcií. A poslední čtvrtá kapitola pojednává o akciových trzích a obchodování s akciemi, není opomenuta ani historie akciových burz, zmíněno je i o zahraničních burzách. Hlavní cílem je tedy poskytnutí čtenářům informace o akciích a jejich nové právní úpravě, aby po-chopili, že obchod s těmito cennými papíry není pouze pro bohaté lidi, ale pro každého, kdo by chtěl své úspory zhodnotit. Abstract:

The goal of this thesis is to analyze shares and state break down according to their types. There is also indicated the historical development and introduction of the securities. I’ve mentioned changes of the new civil code of law, which brought us some minor changes in these securities. Shares are a highly discussed topic not only for businessman abroad but also for those in the Czech Republic, which was one of the reasons why I chose this topic for my thesis. My bachelor thesis is divided into 4 main chapters. In the first chapter there is indicated the history of shares and we will learn when did the shares first appear on the stock market. The second chapter is dealing with characteris-tics of shares as securities. It involves short definition of securities and then the shares are being analyzed as well as other subjects related to it. The third chapter is describing legal dispositions with shares, this chapteral so describes the general legal rules of shares. The last fourth chapter is dealing with stock market and trading of shares. The history of stock market is not forgotten and there are also mentioned the foreign exchanges. The main goal is giving the reader information about shares and to get them to understand, that tra-ding shares and securities isn’t only forrich people but for everyone, who wants to evaluate their savings.
