Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na identifikaci faktorů v pracovním prostředí mezi českými studenty, reprezentující generaci Z, kteří působí v posledním ročníku na středních školách s ekonomickým zaměřením v kraji Vysočina a vstupují na pracovní trh.
