The subject of this thesis is evaluation of strategy of selected company operating in the field of water supply and sewerage systems. The work is divided into three parts. General part deals with structure of waterworks industry in the Czech Republic, describes the importance of strategic management in organizations and investment decisions and explains the concept of synergy.
