Předmětem této diplomové práce je inovační strategie podniku. Identifikace inovační strategie a posouzení vlivu vnitropodnikových faktorů na úspěch inovací v podniku poskytujícím zdravotnické služby. První část práce vymezuje základní pojmy v oblasti inovací služeb, typů inovací, tvorby inovačního procesu a jeho hodnocení. V druhé části jsou získané poznatky aplikované na vybraný podnik.
