Předkládaná bakalářská práce popisuje, jak obezita matky může ovlivňovat kojení a jak naopak kojení může ovlivňovat obezitu matky. Teoretická část je zaměřena na komplikace spojené s těhotenstvím obézních žen, na vliv obezity na tvorbu mateřského mléka, na zahájení kojení a délku kojení u obézních žen, na faktory ovlivňující kojení, jako je například první přiložení dítěte k prsu, a na vliv délky kojení …more

The bachelor thesis describes, how mother´s obesity can affect breastfeeding and how breastfeeding can affect mother´s obesity conversely. The theory part is focused on complications associated with pregnancy of obese women, impact of obesity on breast milk production, breastfeeding initiation and duration of obese women, factors influencing breastfeeding, such as first attachment the baby to the breast …more
