Ve své práci nejprve obecně charakterizuji Statutární města v České republice. Zaměřím se na jejich vznik, fungování městských části a městských obvodů, vznik a historii utváření názvů statutárních měst, finanční situaci měst, jejich hospodaření s financemi. Dále se budu věnovat historickému vývoji statutárních měst na našem území od roku 1849 až po současnost. Chybět nebude ani legislativní úprava …more

An important point of this work was focused on the point Pilsen candidature for the European Capital of Culture . It is the thing with which the citizen of the city of Plzen coming into contact every day . In my opinion the city to build the preparations very seriously.
