Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá pracovní dobou a přestávkami v práci. Je rozdělena do šesti částí, první zmiňuje pokrok v pracovní době a přestávkách v práci v historii, druhá je o vtahu mezi českým a evropským pracovním právem, třetí popisuje pracovněprávní vztahy.
