Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou odborných překladů v oblasti rodinného práva, konkrétně regulací po ukončení manželství – rozdělení společného jmění manželů, vyživovací povinnost manželů, vyživovací povinnost rodičů vůči dětem a naopak apod.
