Tématem diplomové práce je přesné a rychlé měření tvaru optických ploch planparalelních elementů, homogenity indexu lomu a jejich šířky. K tomuto účelu byla zvolena interferometrická metoda měření využívající řízenou změnu fáze a Fourierovu transformaci pro oddělení interferenčních obrazů. The topic of the diploma thesis is precise and fast measurement of the shape of optical surfaces of plane-parallel elements, homogeneity of refractive index and width. For this purpose, an interferometric measurement method using controlled phase shifting and Fourier transform for separation of interference images was chosen.
