The Different Types of Fibrous Connective Tissue and its Demonstration in Human Tissues

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku jednotlivých druhů vaziv a jejich průkaz v lidských tkáních. Jejím cílem bylo histologicky zpracovat 18 různých tkáňových vzorků a aplikovat na ně vhodné barvící metody podle druhu vaziva. Teoretická část obsahuje základní informace o pojivových tkáních, o rozdělení vaziva podle histologické struktury a dále je zaměřena na choroby vaziva. Kapitola Materiál a metodika se zabývá obecnou přípravou řezových preparátů. Jsou zde popsány základní a speciální metody barvení, které byly použité na vlastním materiálu praktické části. Menší podkapitola se věnuje také imunohistochemickým markerům vaziva a základnímu imunohistochemickému pracovnímu postupu. V závěru kapitoly je uveden konkrétní postup zpracování vybraných tkáňových vzorků. Kapitola Výsledky zahrnuje seznam zpracovaných vzorků a fotodokumentaci zhotovených preparátů. Kapitola je rozčleněna do několika skupin podle druhu vaziva.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the characteristics of various types of fibrous connective tissue and its demonstration in human tissues. The aim of the thesis was histological processing of 18 various tissue samples and using appropriate histological staining methods according to types of fibrous connective tissue. The theoretical part contents basic information about connective tissues, discerption of fibrous connective tissue according to histological structure. There are diseases of fibrous connective tissue in summary. The chapter called the Material and methodology deals with general preparing of sectional preparations. There are described basic and special histological staining methods used on proper material of the practical part. Shorter subchapter concerns imunohistochemical markers of fibrous connective tissue and basic imunohistochemical working technique. In the end of the chapter is mentioned concrete technique of processing proper tissue samples. The chapter called the Results concerns the list of processed samples and photodocumentation of preparations. The chapter is divided into the several groups according to types of fibrous connective tissue.
