Diplomová práce se zabývá vybranými případy odstoupení od smlouvy ve spotřebitelských vztazích dle zákona č. 89/2012 Sb., občanského zákoníku. Cílem práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit právní úpravu vybraných typů odstoupení od smlouvy v občanském zákoníku. Nejprve jsou v práci vymezeny základní termíny a samotný institut odstoupení od smlouvy. The master’s thesis deals with selected categories of right of withdrawal in consumer relations according to the Civil Code. The aim of this work is to evaluate and analysed enactment of selected types of right of withdrawal in the Civil Code.
