Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na aktivizační činnosti pro seniory. První kapitola se zabývá charakteristikou stáří a stárnutí. Jsou zde uvedeny postoje ke stáří, nejen jednotlivce, ale také společnosti. Součástí první kapitoly je také základní periodizace stáří a aktivní stárnutí. Druhá kapitola se věnuje změnám spojených se stářím. Třetí kapitola popisuje základní aktivizační metody, které lze při práci se seniory využívat. Výzkumná část se věnuje výzkumu v domově pro seniory v Chebu. Hlavní metodou je zde zvoleno dotazníkové šetření. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak jsou aktivizační činnosti využívány a jak jsou vnímány klienty domova pro seniory v Chebu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on activation techniques for the elderly. The first chapter provides the characteristics of old age and the ageing process. Furthermore, it describes attitudes towards old age, both by individuals and the society. The first chapter also includes basic periodization of old age and active ageing process. The second chapter deals with changes related to the ageing process; and the third chapter describes basic activation methods that can be used with the elderly. The research part describes research in a retirement home in Cheb. The principal method used was a questionnaire survey. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to assess what activation techniques are used and how they are perceived by the elderly living in the Cheb facility.
