Abstract:

Absolventská práce s názvem „Reflexe fungování projektu Spolubyt očima klientů sociální rehabilitace v organizaci Asistence o.p.s.” se zabývá specifiky spolubydlení osob s postižením s osobami z většinové společnosti v rámci projektu Spolubyt organizace Asistence o.p.s. Práce si stanovuje za cíl identifikovat a popsat zkušenost lidí s tělesným a kombinovaným postižením ve spolubydlení sociálního bydlení v rámci sociální rehabilitace. Na základě reflexí pak popsat fungování projektu Spolubyt. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na tělesné postižení, postavení člověka s postižením v rodině a přístupy rodiny k postiženému člověku. Dále se zabývá širší problematikou možností bydlení pro OZP, jeho historií a současností, uvádí orgány a instituce, které se podílí na fungování bytové politiky a formy péče o OZP. Ve druhé polovině jsou popsány hlavní principy sociální rehabilitace, její legislativní popis a konkrétní fungování sociální rehabilitace v organizaci Asistenci o.p.s.. Praktická část se skládá z analýzy rozhovorů získaných z polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s respondentkami. Zjištěné poznatky jsou rozebírány v diskuzi s teoretickým základem práce a odbornou literaturou.

Abstract:

The graduate thesis entitled "Reflections on the operation of the project Cohabitation through the eyes of social rehabilitation clients in the organization Asistence o.p.s.'' deals with the specifics of cohabitation of people with disabilities with people from the majority society within the project Spolubyt of organization Asistence o.p.s. The work aims to identify and describe the experience of people with physical and multiple disabilities in social housing cohabitation in social rehabilitation. Based on the reflections, describe the functioning of the Spolubyt project. The theoretical part focuses on physical disability, the position of a person with a disability in the family and the family's approach to the disabled person. It also deals with the broader issue of housing options for people with disabilities, its history and present, presents the authorities and institutions that are involved in the functioning of housing policy and forms of care for the disabled. The second half describes the main principles of social rehabilitation, its legislative description and the specific functioning of social rehabilitation in the organization Asistenci o.p.s .. The practical part consists of an analysis of interviews obtained from semi-structured interviews with respondents. The findings are discussed in a discussion part with the theoretical basis of the work and the literature.
