Effect on various weight of schoolbag of pupils in the first grade of primary school for distribution pressure forces the legs while standing and walking.

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem různé váhy školní aktovky na rozložení tlakových sil nohou při stoji a chůzi. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda existují rozdíly v rozložení tlakových sil v oblasti středonoží při stoji a v chůzi u žáků 1. stupně základní školy ve věku 9 11 let. V teoretické části práce je popsán význam pohybu v životě člověka, svalové dysbalance a možnosti vyšetření pohybového aparátu, funkce dolní končetiny. Je zde vyzdvižena norma školní aktovky. Výzkumy, které se zabývaly podobnou problematikou. Pro tuto část práce byly použity rešerše z odborné literatury. Praktická část je zaměřena na zjišťování rozložení tlaku dominantní a nedominantní končetiny v oblasti středonoží ve stoji a při chůzi. Ve výzkumu byl použit dotazník zaměřený na pohybovou aktivitu.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the influence various weight of schoolbag on the distribution of pressure forces the legs while standing and walking. The goal is to determine whether there are differences in distribution of pressure forces the legs in midfoot while standing and walking of pupils in the first grade of primary school in age 9 11. The theoretical part describes the mening of aktivity in human life, muscle imbalance and possibilities of examination of the locomotive apparatus, the function of the lower limb. There is a standard of schoolbag. There are studies that engage in similar problem. For this part of the study, research from published scientific literature was utilized. The practical part is focussed on identifying the distribution pressure of domanint and non-dominant limbs in modrot while standing and walking. A questionnaire focussed on physical activity was also used for research purpoes.
