Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou rozdílů mezi generacemi Baby Boomers, X, Y a Z na pracovním trhu v České a Slovenské republice se zaměřením na mzdové rozdíly v Praze a Bratislavském kraji. This thesis analyses the differences between the Baby Boomers, X, Y and Z generations in the labor market in the Czech and Slovak Republics, focusing on wage disparities in Prague and the Bratislava Region.
