Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá významem, požadavky a způsobem provádění technickobezpečnostních zkoušek drážních vozidel provozovaných na drahách celostátních, regionálních a vlečkách v České republice. V bakalářské práci jsou uvedeny zákonné a normativní požadavky na provádění technickobezpečnostních zkoušek, metodika provádění, hodnocení výsledků zkoušek a jejich zpracování do protokolu. Zabývá se jak hnacími drážními vozidly, speciálními vozidly a také vozidly taženými s rychlostí vyšší jak 160 km.h-1. Součástí práce jsou také protokoly o provedení technickobezpečnostní zkoušky konkrétního vozidla, jako příklad jakým způsobem je zkouška připravena, provedena a jaký je výsledek.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis deals with the importance, requirements and implementation of the technical and safety tests of rail vehicles operated on runways national, regional and sidings in the Czech Republic. In the Bachelor thesis are given statutory and regulatory requirements related to the implementation of technical and safety tests of rail vehicles, the methodology for implementing the testing, evaluation of test result elaboration on protokols. It deals with driving railway vehicles, special vehicles, and vehicles towed at a speed higher than 160 kph. The thesis also includes reports on processing of technical and safety testing of a particular vehicle as an example of how the test is prepared, implemented, and what is the result is.
