Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit nakolik znaky organizační kultury ovlivňují měřitelné kvality spokojenosti zaměstnanců, jako je spokojenost se svým pracovní prostředím, odměňování, kariérním růstem, kolektivem a motivací. The aim of this thesis is to find out to what extent the characteristics of organizational culture influence measurable qualities of employee satisfaction, such as satisfaction with their working environment, remuneration, career growth, team and motivation.
