Forms of prevention and resolution of conflict with client

Abstract:

A conflict is defined as a substantial part of sensed reality. It can be found in communication, it goes along with our business activities and mainly influences success of business negotiations. Theoretical and consecutive managing of conflicts provides us with the real possibility to control mutual relationships with customers. However the key of success is not only in a strategy of solving conflict situations. The priority part of our communication abilities should be the prevention of conflict arising. And this the task which we will come to when we strictly use information and apply them to the practice.

Abstract:

Konflikt je definovaný ako významná súčasť vnímanej reality. Objavuje sa v komunikácii, sprevádza nás obchodnými činnosťami. Výraznou mierou ovplyvňuje úspech alebo neúspech obchodných jednaní. Teoretické a následne aj praktické zvládnutie konfliktov v praxi nám dáva reálnu možnosť riadiť vzájomné vťahy so zákazníkmi. Podstata úspechu však nespočíva len v stratégii riešenia konfliktných situácií. Prioritnou súčasťou našich komunikačných schopností by mala byť aj prevencia ich vzniku. A to je úloha, ktorú dosiahneme len dôsledným využívaním poznatkov a ich aplikáciou do praxe.
