The effect of society's opinions on children living in children´s homes

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjištění, jak děti z dětských domovů vnímají názory svého okolí na dětské domovy a je samotné. Zdali je tyto názory nějak ovlivňují, případně jakým způsobem a zda pociťují, že se k nim jejich okolí chová jinak než k dětem nežijícím v dětském domově. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část a praktickou část. V teoretické části se zabývá ústavní výchovou, její definicí, historií a právní úpravou. V dalších kapitolách se věnuje dětskému domovu, jeho charakteristice, příčinám umístění do dětského domova a vlivu ústavní výchovy na dítě. V poslední kapitole najdeme pohled na dětský domov z vnějšku. V praktické části jsou uvedeny výsledky a analýza dotazníkového šetření, které proběhlo v náhodně vybraných dětských domovech v Moravskoslezském kraji.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out how children from children's homes perceive the views of their surroundings on children's homes and themselves. Whether these opinions influence them, or in chat way and wheter they feel that surroundings treat them differently than to not living in children's home. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with institutional education, its definition, history and legal regulation. In the next chapters it deals with the children's home, its characteristics, the causes of placement in the children's home and the impact of institutional care on child. In the last chapter we find a view of children's home from outside. The practical part presents the results and analysis of the questionare survey which has carried out in randomly selected children's homes in the Moravian-Silesian Region.
